Dimensional Stability
This handy calculator shows the dimensional changes expected in our film and glass materials under different temperature and humidity conditions. We process all materials in a controlled environment at 21°C and 50% relative humidity. If your conditions differ, the material—and therefore the pattern—may increase or decrease in size. Enter your room conditions and the overall size of the material or pattern to estimate the change.
NOTE: We can add compensation factors to designs to offset material size changes if required.
