Q: Can I preview the pattern before purchase? A: Yes. We can provide high-resolution graphic previews on request. Please contact us by email or Live Support to receive sample files. Q: Are other materials available? A: Yes. While standard products are made with low-reflective chrome on soda lime glass, we can offer quartz, Borofloat®, or other substrates. Coatings such as aluminium, gold, or ITO are also available. Non-standard materials are subject to minimum order quantities. Q: Can different glass thicknesses be supplied? A: Yes. Alternative thicknesses are available on request, subject to material availability and MOQ. Q: Can you provide dimensional certification? A: Yes. A Certificate of Measurement can be supplied for specified features. A CAD file or annotated drawing is required. Q: Are the slides reusable and can they be cleaned? A: The chrome pattern is durable and suitable for cleaning with optical-grade solvents. Avoid abrasive materials. Reusability depends on application and handling conditions. Q: Is there a minimum order requirement? A: No minimum order applies for standard stock. Custom designs and non-standard materials will require a minimum quantity. |
