Quality Control
We operate one of the most comprehensive photo-mask production facilities in the industry, supported by continual investment in advanced, high-resolution imaging and metrology equipment. Our focus is on delivering consistent image fidelity, dimensional accuracy, and long-term reliability across all product lines.
Image quality and dimensional precision are critical to the performance of your final product. That’s why our inspection processes are designed to detect and correct issues before they impact production. We apply strict measurement standards to ensure each tool meets or exceeds specification—whether for fine-line imaging, alignment applications, or optical calibration patterns.
We operate under a fully certified ISO 9001 quality system, which governs traceability, documentation, and continuous improvement throughout our manufacturing and inspection departments. All critical measuring equipment is routinely calibrated and traceable to national standards, including UKAS-accredited laboratories where applicable.
Dimensional inspection is performed using OGP co-ordinate measuring machines and Nikon MM40 high-magnification systems, allowing us to validate features from millimetres down to a few microns. For customers requiring formal verification, we offer both Certificates of Conformance and full Certificates of Measurement, issued under controlled environmental conditions.
From incoming material checks to final inspection, quality is embedded in every stage of production. Our commitment to accuracy, repeatability, and compliance ensures that each product shipped is fit for purpose and reliably documented.
