This series of photomask storage boxes offers a secure, dust-protected environment for holding multiple photomask plates during storage or transit. Designed for practical use in cleanroom and production settings, the boxes are made from durable polypropylene and are suitable for both short-term handling and long-term archiving.

Each box includes an alignment track or guide system to prevent plate movement and minimise contact. The stackable design allows efficient use of space. The loose-fit lid sits securely on top of the base, enabling easy access for loading and unloading without damaging the pattern or substrate.
