Measuring Services

We have full measuring capabilities in both of our inspection departments, with calibrated equipment covering a full range of services. We use OGP co-ordinate measuring machines for distance dimensional measuring, utilising both a small and large format machine.

These are fully calibrated and serviced on a regular basis, and we can manually or automatically measure a whole range of features and dimensions for you. All measurements are fully documented and presented on a certificate of conformity.

For fine individual feature measurement , we have a Nikon MM40 measuring microscope, with camera and video capture that allows us to measure down to 960 x magnification - which means features as small as a few microns can be captured and measured. On top of that, we can offer Optical Density measurment for thin and thick films alike.
