These photomask blank plates are recycled from our internal production process. Each unit is supplied as bare glass—unpatterned and uncoated—commonly referred to as "Strip and Ship". This term indicates that all previous coatings and photoresist have been chemically stripped, and the substrate has undergone a basic cleaning procedure. No further surface preparation or finishing is performed.
These recycled plates are suitable for non-critical applications such as alignment checks, handling practice, substrate evaluation, or internal prototyping where a fully specified new blank is not required. They are not intended for final-use photomask production or high-resolution imaging.
Plates are shipped in clean packaging. For orders exceeding 5 units, a multi-slot storage box is used to protect the glass during transit and handling. Availability is subject to current stock levels.
